CAN I BOOK A FREE DISCOVERY SESSION?

Yes! This is by far the best way to see if we are a good match for each other. You need to find out more about what I can do for you, see if we have a good connection and I need to uncover more about your dreams, goals as well as what gets in your way and any limiting beliefs you might have. Even if, especially if,  you're not sure if Therapeutic Coaching is the right route to take, please book a call, so we can explore it together. I will always make recommendations based on what I perceive to be the best possible option for you, which may include you working with someone else entirely! There is no cost to you, all I ask is 90 minutes of your time, so I can serve you to the best of my abilities.

WHO COMES FOR THERAPEUTIC COACHING, IS IT REALLY FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME?

Thankfully attitudes about mental health and wellbeing have really changed; it is no longer seen as a weakness to ask for help or support or want to improve your life. You don't have to suffer any more, or keep your dreams hidden. Everyone can benefit from getting some outside help or support if they want to make changes, we're not meant to be able to do it all on our own. I strongly believe everyone has everything they need inside, but you might need some guidance accessing those inner resources and strengthening them. There definitely isn't a type of person who comes to me, I have worked with all kinds of people, all different ages and backgrounds. The common denominator is people who feel ready to make changes and that can be as terrifying as it is exciting!

WHAT WILL YOU, THE COACH, DO FOR ME?

I will have your back. I will be there to guide you back towards your inner wisdom, if you get lost. I will help point you back in the direction you want to go in. Sometimes I may challenge you, call you out on your beliefs or take you to the edge of your comfort zone, all the while holding a safe space for you to create from. I might give you books or articles to read, podcasts to listen to, videos to watch to further enrich your experience. The road can be bumpy sometimes so I might need to hold you whilst you negotiate those bumps and keep shining the light for you to follow out the other side. 

WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?

  • PAYG sessions for adults are £90 for 90 mins. Teens are £75 for 60 mins. 

  • A block of 4 sessions is £320 for adults, or a block of 6 sessions is £450

  • For teens a block of 3 sessions is £200

  • Other programmes including intensives are available on request

I'M REALLY NOT SURE IF THERAPEUTIC COACHING CAN WORK ONLINE...

I wasn't convinced about online sessions in the beginning either, but after using it successfully for the past 2 years, I can say that my doubts were mostly unfounded. Yes, there are occasional technological blips, usually internet drop outs, but so far nothing that hasn't been easily solved with our back-up plan. It's only natural that we enjoy in-person sessions, we are designed for it, but I have been amazed at how we can still share a deep connection online. We all live busy lives these days and it is often more practical to meet virtually rather than face-to-face, especially when we are making a commitment to weekly sessions. If you live locally, we can mix up the sessions between in-person and online, but if you don't live locally this no longer has to be a barrier to us working together. At least half my current coaching clients work with me online and are based all over the country. I use an excellent software programme for online EMDR which is effective and reliable. If you live nearby then come to either my central Hitchin office, or my home office in Lower Stondon.
