Helping You Move Forward

We can either work online or face-to-face (current Covid guidelines permitting) in my home office (SG16). I always meet every potential client for a no-obligation, free initial consultation, so I can find out more about you and what you want to work on, and to see if we're a good fit for each other. The therapeutic/coaching relationship is very important, so we BOTH need to feel happy about going on this journey together. 

I deliberately keep my client numbers at a level where I know I can give each of them the individual attention they need + therefore sometimes have a waitlist.

I have many techniques and modalities up my sleeve, but I work from the belief that people have everything they need inside already. You are never broken and don't need fixing, but sometimes we need a helping hand to get out of our own way, access our inner resources + activate the brain's natural healing response. 


What I need from you is a willingness to change and to commit to the process. To feel nervous, apprehensive, or even sceptical at first is entirely normal + does not mean anything about whether you can change or not.

I might recommend you read certain books, listen to podcasts, or watch videos to continue the process between sessions. Where appropriate, I will also encourage processes like Morning Pages, journalling or gratitude logs. 

The more sessions you commit to upfront the more cost effective it is. Clients often commit to a 6 session package (either therapy or coaching, or a mix of both), which often means we get to really make the most out of our time together. 

Sessions are 90 mins long + support between sessions via email/messages. We might start out with weekly sessions before moving on to fortnightly, depending on what you need. 

PAYG: one session is £80, a block of 4 sessions is £280, or a block of 6 sessions is £400
